Announcement of the Tell A Friend – Get Covered campaign will reach millions of Americans with the importance of getting covered. The goal of the campaign is to have more than 100 million contacts by friends talking to friends about the whys and hows of getting insurance coverage. The campaign will include an 8-hour live-streamed event that will leverage the impact of celebrities and pop-culture to raise awareness, educate, and inspire Americans nationally to get covered. Join members of the campaign as they discuss goals, activities, and plans for the event in January and beyond.

Tell A Friend – Get Covered will partner with celebrities starting December 12, 2013 and continue through March 31, 2014 – with messages of support and authentic stories. Musicians, actors, athletes, all people, will reach across  all social channels to educate the public as well as encourage people to get covered. The list of talent supporting the campaign continues to grow but will include Tatyana Ali, Fran Drescher, Lisa Leslie, Pitbull, Alpha Cat and others.
